Don’t Tase Me, Eh!

See, who says the people of America’s Hat are mellow?  According to CTV in Winnipeg, a 22-year-old man is facing several charges after a Winnipeg Transit driver was assaulted.  It happened around 5:30 yesterday afternoon near Parr Street and Selkirk Avenue.  Police say that the man, Jeremy Flett, got on the bus and then punched the driver. The man then got into a fight with a passenger.  When police arrived, the suspect allegedly starting attacking the officers with an eight ball, so police tasered him.  Flett faces numerous charges including with assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
