GenerationPool/WPBA Eliminator Results

June 8th, 2008 by PCN

We’re working our way through the elimination rounds to see who will make it to the GenerationPool.com 9 Ball tournament in Charlotte. There are some names who are very consipicuous by their absence (Tracie Hines, Sarah Rousey) and some new names that I’ve never seen before like Nikki Rasmussen and some ultra-hottie fox from Venezuela named Mirjana Grujicic (the sexy chica to the left).

Most of the big names are doing fine, including Jeanette Lee who is coming off an embarrassing two and out performance in San Diego to send our favorite foxy pool player Liz Ford to the one loss side. No big surprises as of yet, but it is looking like Jasmin Ouschan is getting her game back as she’s really rolling. Still lots of matches to go before the Round of 32 will be set, which brings me to a side gripe. I really wish pro pool would do away with the double elimination format. It just seems so unnecessary. I get that it costs money to travel out to these events and going one and out would seriously suck, but single elimination is more exciting, more tense and takes far less time than double elimination does.
